The Garvan
Institute of Medical Research works hard to find better treatment options for a
range of diseases, including cancers of the small intestine, through their
research program focusing on neglected or rare cancers. The Garvan Institute
also research genomics, epigenetics and cellular genomics. Their researchers
study how DNA and its copying into RNA varies from person to person and cell to
cell, revealing the detailed answers to health and disease – how to diagnose,
treat, predict and prevent disease.

Hi Sarah I am another of the Sydney Water colleagues who was lucky enough to work with Robyn. I briefly met you last week and just wanted to say how proud your mum would have been of both you and Carly last week and the great job you both did. Your mum was such a lovely person always warm, friendly, smiling and willing to help. We worked together in the same team under Pam Derik for a short time before moving to Parramatta. It was my privilege to work with such a lovely person.

Robyn was the sweetest & brightest girl in our Class of 1971 at Chatswood High School. Always happy, with a perpetual smile, I wished I had been able to see more of her after school finished. Her family & friends should always be so happy that Robyn was part of their lives.
