Thanks to "Alfred" there is a lot more water around one of my favourite walking tracks- the Crank Creek Reserve. Sharon, one of my amazing carer team pounded the pavement with me and kept me out of mischief.

Wheelchairs Ahoy

The wind from Cyclone Alfred has provided some extra zip to my wheeling around my local park. Have managed to do around 8kms over two days dodging the rain. Also, thanks to my carer Jacinta who is pounding the beat with me.
